About All Broker Realty
R. Scott Hamel
I'm a long time resident of Green River, Wyoming. I've lived here more than 36 years and have been involved in real estate in one form or another for about 20 years. I started working in construction doing foundations and concrete, then moved on to framing, roofing, siding, trim work, and all utilities for subdivisions. After that, I followed the natural transition into Real Estate sales as a Sales Associate, then a Broker Associate, and now Broker/Owner. “Experience counts” is our Company motto, and as you can see—we mean it! When you are purchasing a home it is important that you feel comfortable in the process and feel confident that your Realtor is experienced in all parts of your purchase.
I enjoy many diverse activities in the area. Over the years I have been involved in boating, fishing, hunting, skiing, looking for old mines and lost loot, participating in local motorcycle charity runs, and just riding my motorcycle. I also enjoy being a good Grandfather.
Whether you are buying a home or selling a home here in Southwest Wyoming (Green River, Rock Springs, Eden and Farson), I can help. Please Contact Us today.
Linda Failoni, CRS/GRI

Working in the Real Estate business is one of Linda's most enjoyable and rewarding business endeavors. Welcoming new people to the area and showing them not only homes—but also telling them of the many wonderful opportunities available in Sweetwater County that enhance the quality of resident’s lives— is just a natural for Linda. Though Linda is not a native of Wyoming, she has lived in Green River for more than 35 years by choice.
Linda enjoys many of the outdoor recreational activities available just minutes away. Boating, fishing, camping, and hiking in the mountains are just a few. She also enjoys snow skiing in Pinedale or Jackson Hole, plus panning for gold in the various mountain streams. Linda's theory is that if you love the outdoors, you will love living in Wyoming. If you're not the outdoors type, you soon will be: the fresh, clean, crisp air and the clear waters in our lakes, rivers, and mountains are hard to resist.
So, if you find yourself thinking of a move to Wyoming—or if you're just looking to upgrade or downsize in the local area—call Linda at All Broker Realty for a truly professional experience in your home purchase.
